What we do

Marketing that moves numbers.

One team, one set of numbers — and a list that grows as we productize what we can do. Every engagement starts with an audit and a target we agree on before work begins.

01SEO & Content Own the search results+

Search is where demand declares itself. We fix the technical foundation first, then publish content that answers what your buyers are actually typing — in Google, and in the AI assistants that increasingly answer instead of listing links.

  • Technical audit and fixes — crawlability, site architecture, Core Web Vitals, and structured data, prioritized by what is actually holding rankings back.
  • Keyword and intent mapping — grouped by buying stage and sized by realistic opportunity, not by search volume alone.
  • Content production — briefs, drafts, publishing, and scheduled refreshes of pages that have decayed.
  • Digital PR and authority — earned links and mentions from the publications and communities your market already reads.
  • AI search visibility — clearly structured, quotable pages so generative search cites you rather than a competitor.

Measured onNon-brand organic sessions, qualified leads from search, and rankings for the terms that convert — not vanity keywords.

02Paid Advertising Google · Meta · programmatic+

Paid media is the fastest way to learn what your market wants, and the fastest way to burn a budget finding out. We treat every account as a measurement problem first: when the tracking is wrong, the optimization is confidently wrong.

  • Google Ads — Search, Performance Max, Shopping, and YouTube, structured around margin rather than around whatever the platform defaults to.
  • Meta Ads — prospecting and retention, with creative built for each placement instead of one asset resized five ways.
  • Conversion tracking — GA4 and Google Tag Manager set up properly, moving server-side where signal loss is costing you decisions.
  • Feed management — product data cleaned and enriched so Shopping and catalog campaigns have something to work with.
  • Creative testing — a running queue of hooks, angles, and formats, retired on evidence rather than on opinion.

Measured onCost per qualified acquisition and contribution after ad spend. Impressions are diagnostics, not results.

03Social Media Channel management & ads+

Social is where a brand becomes recognizable before it becomes searchable. We run it as a system — a content engine, a community layer, and paid budget placed behind whatever earns attention on its own.

  • Channel strategy — which platforms deserve your effort, what each one is for, and which ones to deliberately skip.
  • Content production — short-form video, static, and copy delivered against a calendar you can see weeks ahead.
  • Community management — replies, DMs, and escalation paths, handled in the language your customers actually write in.
  • Paid amplification — promoting posts that already proved themselves organically instead of guessing at ad creative.
  • Creator and influencer campaigns — briefing, negotiation, and usage rights handled end to end, including Korean creators.

Measured onAudience growth that turns into site traffic, and traffic that turns into pipeline. Followers alone are not a result.

04Web & Landing Pages Pages built to convert+

Traffic stays rented until the page earns it. We design and build the pages your campaigns point at, then keep testing them — a twenty percent lift in conversion is worth more than a twenty percent lift in clicks, and costs less.

  • Landing pages — designed, written, and shipped quickly, on your stack or on ours.
  • Conversion optimization — hypothesis-driven tests with a stated expected outcome, not redesigns on instinct.
  • Performance engineering — load speed and Core Web Vitals treated as a conversion lever, because they are one.
  • Analytics instrumentation — events, funnels, and dashboards built so you can read them without us in the room.
  • Korean localization — pages that read as written in Korean, not translated into it, with local payment and trust conventions respected.

Measured onConversion rate, cost per lead, and the specific drop-off point we are fixing next.

05Brand Kit Fixed scope · one week+

Campaigns rarely stall on strategy. They stall because nobody has the logo on a dark background, at the size the platform wants, as a file it will accept. The Brand Kit is the whole set at once — generated from one written specification of your brand and machine-checked before delivery.

  • Ten folders — logo lockups, profile images, social covers, post templates, website assets, ad banners, sales documents, email, icons, and written guidelines.
  • Around 110 assets — each in SVG, PNG, and WebP, at every platform's own dimensions.
  • Text stays editable — fonts embedded, names and contacts left blank so your team fills them in without us.
  • Your logo, placed not redrawn — and every file checked for text overflow and WCAG AA contrast before it ships.
  • One-off, no retainer required — usually within a week of your logo and fonts arriving.

Measured onWhether your team stops asking for files — asset requests in the ninety days after handover should be close to none.

06Email Marketing Fixed scope · four weeks+

You already paid to reach everyone on your list. Every other channel charges you to reach them again; email is the one you own — and in most companies it runs on a monthly newsletter that goes out when someone remembers, from a domain that quietly stopped reaching Gmail. This project builds the whole program in one pass, inside your own accounts, and hands it over.

  • Deliverability first — SPF, DKIM, and DMARC on a dedicated sending subdomain, verified against Gmail, Yahoo, and Microsoft's bulk-sender rules before anything is designed.
  • Five lifecycle automations — welcome, post-purchase or onboarding, abandoned cart or lead nurture, win-back, and a sunset flow that protects your reputation.
  • A template system that survives Outlook — one master, five layouts, rendering-tested in light and dark mode.
  • Measured on revenue, not opens — clicks, conversions, and revenue per send, with a spam-complaint tripwire watched from day one.
  • One-off, no retainer required — about four weeks from access to handover, with a 90-day playbook so your team can run it.

Measured onRevenue or qualified leads attributed to email in the ninety days after launch, per message sent — with inbox placement and complaint rate as guardrails.

07Measurement & Tracking Fixed scope · four weeks+

Google says 40 conversions, Meta says 35, the CRM has 50 leads. Each ad platform grades its own homework, and a tag that died in the last redesign makes no sound. This project rebuilds measurement inside your own accounts, fires every event by hand to verify it, and hands it over.

  • Design first — a measurement plan that defines what counts as a conversion, a naming convention, and a dataLayer specification.
  • GA4 + Google Tag Manager — in accounts you own, in a cleaned-up container, with hard-coded scripts removed.
  • Five key conversions — deduplicated, with values where possible. Google Ads and Meta connected, Consent Mode v2 wired.
  • Verified by actually clicking — a QA report confirmed three times over, in GTM preview, GA4 DebugView and the ad platforms' diagnostics.
  • One-off, no retainer required — about four weeks, with a Looker Studio dashboard and a handover session.

Measured onWhether all five conversions are still captured thirty days after handover, and whether GA4's count matches your CRM or order system within ten percent.

08AI Search Visibility Fixed scope · four weeks+

Your buyers now ask ChatGPT before they search, and the answer names three companies. You can be on page one and still be missing from those three, in which case the conversation ends without you. This project measures whether you are cited, fixes the reasons you are not, and asks the same questions again four weeks later.

  • Baseline first — 25 buyer questions across Google AI Overviews, ChatGPT, Gemini and Claude, recording who is cited instead of you.
  • A company an AI can be certain about — entity definition, Organization and Service schema, sameAs, external profiles aligned.
  • Readable and liftable — crawler access, llms.txt and Bing connected; five key pages rebuilt answer-first; five citation sources secured.
  • Honest re-measurement — before and after under the same conditions, including the questions that still fail and why. AI referrals grouped as a channel in GA4.
  • One-off, no retainer required — about four weeks, with a 90-day playbook and the measurement sheet.

Measured onThe change in how many of the 25 questions cite you, and sessions arriving from AI engine referrers in GA4 — both reported as samples.

09Korean Localization Fixed scope · four weeks+

Your site is translated into Korean, and a Korean can tell in three seconds that it is a foreign site: stiff translated buttons, dollar prices, no KakaoTalk contact, no business details. This project does not translate. It rewrites the pages the way a Korean would have written them, fills in everything a Korean site is expected to have, and hands over in four weeks.

  • Written in Korean, not translated — ten key pages rewritten by Koreans from each page's purpose, with a tone and terminology standard so later pages keep the same voice.
  • Titles from real search terms — the words Koreans type into Naver, not translated English keywords.
  • Ad, social and email copy — Naver Search Ads specifications, Korean versions of Google and Meta ads, the required advertising label.
  • What every Korean site has — won prices, delivery and returns, KakaoTalk contact, business details, hreflang pairing, Naver Search Advisor registration.
  • One-off, no retainer required — about four weeks, two native reviews. Payments and accounts that need a Korean business registration go to Korea Market Entry.

Measured onNinety days after handover, whether the Korean pages produce enquiries or purchases at the rate the English pages do, and whether visits from Naver have started.

10Creator Campaign Fixed scope · six weeks+

Koreans look for reviews before they buy. Type your brand into Naver and get nothing, and they do not buy. This project creates the first reviews with five to eight Korean creators your category actually trusts, measures who brought how many people, and hands over in six weeks.

  • Chosen by category, not followers — 15 to 20 candidates with terms; you pick five to eight.
  • Approached and contracted the Korean way — proposals in Korean, disclosure and content reuse in the contract. Creator fees are separate and paid by you directly; nothing on top.
  • A brief, not a script — the facts are ours, the words are theirs. One review before publishing.
  • Measured one creator at a time — a link and coupon code per creator, GA4, Naver brand search volume.
  • One-off, no retainer required — about six weeks, Korea only, with the report and the list of who to use again.

Measured onVisits and enquiries or purchases through each creator's link and code, and the change in Naver searches for the brand name before and after. Views are not counted as results.

Korea · Local execution

Entering Korea? You need a local team.

Korea runs on its own platforms — Naver search, Kakao messaging, homegrown media. The global playbook doesn't translate here. We're on the ground in Korea, executing market entry end to end for global brands.

Naver

Naver SEO & Ads

Korea's dominant search engine. Blog, Cafe, and Smart Place optimization plus Naver search & display advertising.

Daum

Daum SEO & Ads

Search visibility and keyword advertising on Daum — reaching the audiences Naver doesn't.

Kakao

Kakao Channel & Ads

The messenger every Korean uses daily. Kakao Channel setup, CRM messaging, and Kakao Moment advertising.

Local

Influencers & Media Partnerships

Korean influencer campaigns and placements with local media and communities your customers actually trust.

Engagement

The first 30 days, in the open.

Most agencies open with a wall of logos. We would rather show you the mechanism: exactly what happens after you sign, and what you hold at the end of the first month whether or not we continue.

Week 1

Audit

Read access to your analytics, ad accounts, and search data. We map where demand already exists, where budget is leaking, and what your competitors are ranking for that you are not.

You receiveA written audit with prioritized findings.

Week 2

Plan

Channel priorities, budget allocation, and targets set against your actual margins. We agree on what success means numerically before any spend starts.

You receiveA 90-day plan with named metrics and owners.

Week 3

Instrument & launch

Tracking gets fixed before campaigns go live — there is no point optimizing against numbers you cannot trust. Then the first content and campaigns ship.

You receiveVerified tracking and the first live campaigns.

Week 4+

Operate

Weekly optimization against the plan, with a standing call in your time zone. A written report in the first and third week of every month, in your team's working language, written to be read by a founder rather than by a dashboard.

You receiveWeekly changes and a performance report twice a month.

GrowLinq is a young agency, and we would rather earn a first case study than borrow someone else's. If the week-one audit says your money is better spent somewhere other than with us, we will say so — in writing, in week one.

FAQ

Questions, answered.

Do you only work with specific industries?+
No. We're industry-agnostic — e-commerce, SaaS, finance, gaming, education, and beyond. What stays constant is the performance-first approach: every engagement starts with an audit and a measurable target.
We're overseas — how does collaboration work?+
Remote-first by design. Shared dashboards, a written performance report in the first and third week of every month, and scheduled calls in your time zone. Reporting comes in whatever language your team works in.
How is pricing structured?+
A monthly retainer scoped to your channels and goals, or a hybrid model with performance-linked components. Every engagement begins with an audit, and pricing is fixed before we start — no surprises.
Can you run Korea and global campaigns together?+
Yes — that's the point. One team plans both, so your Korean market entry and your global campaigns share strategy, creative, and learnings instead of living in silos.
How soon will we see results?+
Paid advertising produces readable data within two to three weeks, and meaningful efficiency gains usually within the first two months. SEO and content are slower by nature: expect early technical wins in weeks, ranking movement from roughly month three, and compounding results after that. We say this upfront because an agency promising fast SEO results is either misinformed or willing to risk your domain.
What happens in the free audit?+
We review your analytics, ad accounts, search visibility, and closest competitors, then send a written summary of what we found and the first three things we would fix — ranked by expected impact. It is a website audit — the same one whichever service page you came from — and it is genuinely free and carries no obligation. If you are asking about a specific fixed-scope project, say so in the form and we answer about that instead. If the honest conclusion is that you do not need an agency yet, that is what the document will say.
Do you need access to our analytics and ad accounts?+
For the audit we need read-only access to Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, and Search Console where they exist. For active work we need standard operator access. Your accounts stay in your ownership throughout — we are added as users and can be removed at any time, and we never ask you to transfer account ownership to us.
Can you work alongside our in-house marketing team?+
Often that is the better setup. We frequently take the channels that need specialist depth — paid media, technical SEO, Korean platforms — while your team keeps brand, product marketing, and anything that benefits from being close to the business. We agree on the split in week two so nothing falls between the two teams.
Do you handle Naver Blog, Cafe, and Smart Place?+
Yes. Naver is a closed ecosystem where Google tactics simply do not apply, and its results page mixes blogs, cafes, shopping, and place listings rather than ranking ten links. We handle Naver Blog content, Cafe community activity, Smart Place optimization for businesses with a physical presence, and Naver search and display advertising — alongside Daum and Kakao where they fit the audience.
What reporting will we get?+
A shared live dashboard you can open at any time, and a written report in the first and third week of every month that connects the work to outcomes in plain language, in your team's working language. We report on the metrics agreed in week two, including the ones that did not go our way.

Let's grow.
